Our Return Policy

Exchanges on your purchase in its original, unused condition within fifteen (15) days for MERCHANDISE EXCHANGE. We do not reimburse for shipping fees. We will give STORE CREDIT OR EXCHANGE ONLY, no refunds. Please measure your pet carefully for proper size. Note sizing chart where applicable. Not all items are measured the same. PERSONALIZED OR CUSTOM ITEMS CANNOT BE EXCHANGED OR RETURNED.

If an item arrives to you damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of receipt. If the box appears damaged upon receipt, DO NOT accept it and it will be returned to us. We will send an exchange or credit you for the item. We are not responsible for any returned packages lost in shipping. For your protection, please send your return with insurance and deliver confirmation for tracking.

There will be a 20% restocking fee on any returned item.
